EVENT DATE:

AGE CRITERIA:
Anyone & everyone who is aged 10 (TEN) years OR above as on this event's date: 22nd November 2026, Sunday, can enter this tournament.

Participants aged 10-to-15 years can only enter in the Under 16 Singles category.

Participants aged 16 & above can enter in any / both of the Singles & Doubles category.
Player's skill categorization will be done by the Organizer, as explained below in this page.

GENDER CRITERIA:
Since Bowling is not a body contact sport between the opponents, INITIALLY all categories in this event are Gender Neutral, meaning that both Men & Women will compete together in their respective skill based categories.

Fair playing conditions for Women:
As per the generally accepted physiological differences between the 2 genders, an additional 15 points (known as Handicap Points) will be awarded to each female player per game.
Additionally, in case any category receives 10 or more Women entries by 15th November, we will happily split that category into Men's & Women's segment. Post 15th November, no category gender splitting will be done due to shortage of time to manage any new category.

1. Footwear:
Mandatory Bowling shoes available at the venue; please wear / carry your own socks for hygiene purposes,
OR
Carry a clean pair of your owned proper Bowling shoes to the venue & wear it only after the inspection & approval of the Organizer & venue officials.
BAREFOOT BOWLING WILL BE NOT ALLOWED: IN THE ABSENCE OF AN APPROVED FOOTWEAR FOR ANY REASON, THE PLAYER WILL HAVE TO USE THE SHOES PROVIDED BY THE VENUE OR BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY FEE REFUND.

2. Personal Bowling Ball:
Allowed after inspection & approval of the Organizer & venue officials.

3. Warm Up Shots:
2 warm up shots (2 ball throws) will be given to each player before the start of their very first game on the event day so they can fairly assess the weight, sloping & turning of their chosen ball(s) before their first game begins.

4. Fouls & Fair Play:
All participants are expected to remain mindful of the foul line and ensure that they do not touch or cross it before, during OR after a delivery. IF an automatic foul detection system or a dedicated foul-line observer may not be available, participants are requested to strictly self-monitor their deliveries and maintain fair play. Any machine error, intentional violation or unsporting conduct must be immediately brought to the attention of the tournament Organizer for appropriate correction / action. We trust all participants to uphold the spirit of fair play, honesty and sportsmanship.

5. Tie Breaker:
In case of a tie when proceeding to the next stage / assigning the top 3 standings per category, we will have a single-ball roll-off between the tied participants to break the tie.

6. No BuyBack & No Re-Entry option:
Play your best 2 games in the ENTRY ROUND. No undue advantage to anyone to improve their scores & eliminate those with lesser financial resources.

7. Online Updation of players list:
After submitting your participation form, all participants are to submit a clear face identifier photo along with a clear photo of a Government Issued Photo ID card to us via WhatsApp @ +91-8910487870 so that we can update your Name + Photo in the Participants' List with the accurate spelling of your legal name.

8. Organizer's Final Call:
In case of any missing written rules & regulations, & to settle any later identified loopholes / attempted manipulations, the Organizer's decision will be FINAL for all.
